The coordinator packages start at 500.00. Please call for additional information.

Ø       2-hour monthly meetings

Ø       Unlimited telephone/e-mail planning sessions

Ø       Set-up all vendor meetings

Ø       Assist in selecting the venue

Ø       Assist with menu planning

Ø       Assist with any needs of rental items, large or small

Ø       Decorating

Ø       Electronic Budgeting Spreadsheet to make sure event stays within budget provided to client

Ø       Assist with selection or assembling invitations

Ø       Assist with personalized party favors

Ø       Keeping the list for RSVP's up-to-date

Ø       Create the timeline of events

Ø       Mail out/distribute vendor payments

Ø       Monthly calls, or as needed, to follow-up with vendors on any changes, etc.

Ø       Present at event two hours prior to or as requested by client, and present until clean up is complete.
